Reluctant crew

We had to motor most of the second day. We tried the spinnaker but there wasn't even enough wind to fill that.


At one point we were inundated with flies of all types, lacewings, fruit flies, hornets, moths. and we were over 50 miles from land. Very strange.

A baking hot day and the sea has turned to a beautiful dark turquoise. It's 4000 metres deep here.
